Transition Checklists
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 were revised in 2015, as a result from 15th September 2018 the 2008 versions of the standards will no longer be valid. You must transition to the 2015 version of the standard(s) before the expiry date.
Prior to your transition audit, we require you to complete and send back a transition checklist to ascertain that you’ve understood the changes and to establish the most appropriate way to audit the changes you’ve made.
Please complete the relevant transition document(s) below and send it back to enquiries@approachable.uk.com prior to your scheduled transition audit.
If you are registered to both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 you will need to complete both documents.
