Throughout the transfer from our previous Certification Body to you, you have always been 'approachable' - It's very refreshing! The knowledge, and its application, and the proffesionalism of the audit was excellent. However, it was their attitude that stands out as their technique is very much aligned with my thinking - Look for compliance, if it can't be found then there's a non-complinace. This is much more effective, and encourages a healthy relationship, than seeking non-compliance.
Working with our Auditor for the last couple of years has been an excellent experience for an ISO 9001 audit. The auditor is easy going, approachable, knowledgeable and most of all supportive. They strike a great balance between being professional and approachable – which from my perspective makes the whole certification journey far less stressful than it has been with other bodies. His guidance is clear and he sets out the expectations in a transparent manner. The whole process feels like it is an ”improvement” path rather than an audit. To add to that all communication and emails is turned around in a timely manner and they are handled with clarity.
I had dealings with Becky Maxwell. She was most efficient, communicated well and she was able to fast track processing our latest certificate. I am very impressed. It was all dealt with expeditiously.
Our auditor was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful in his explanation of requirements and I felt he took a holistic view of the company and what we needed to achieve from ISO9001 rather than someone who just completed tick boxes as an exercise. We are very happy to look to the future with the support of our QMS to continue to improve our business.
After a poor service from another Certification Body, working with Approachable is a breath of fresh air! Polite, friendly and diligent staff. Haven't come across anyone at Approachable who isn't all of those things. Our auditor has exceptional knowledge and takes the time to explain anything I'm unsure of and will also take the time to explain things in a way that I can understand. He's really professional but at the same time he's still friendly and dare I play on the word, he's really approachable.
Approachable were highly professional, made employees feel relaxed and not interrogated when interviewing them. They took time to understand the business and its context to better help understand it and how the management systems apply to it.
